Defendant B and D Co., Ltd. jointly share KRW 14,561,411 for the Plaintiff and its related thereto from June 27, 2020 to November 13, 2020.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is the owner and seller of Pyeongtaek-si E-Ba (hereinafter “instant loan”). The Plaintiff is the owner and possessor of the instant loan G from Defendant B, who purchased the instant loan G (hereinafter “instant house”) on June 17, 2015, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 17, 2015, and Defendant C is the owner and possessor of the instant loan F, purchased on May 18, 2017 through the auction procedure for real estate rental.
B. After the construction of the instant loan, there were defects, such as water leakage in the section for common use and the section for exclusive use of the instant loan, the Plaintiff et al. (six generations: H, I, G, J, F, and K), and Defendant B, the owner of the remaining four households unsold in lots, appointed a tenant representative through the council of occupants’ representatives on February 13, 2016 and granted the right to receive the defective surety insurance benefit that Defendant B waived the right to claim against the said tenant on March 4, 2016 to the said tenant representative on or around March 4, 2016.
Defendant D performed the following repair works (hereinafter “instant repair works”) on or around March 2016, based on the instant construction contract.

C. The F of the instant Ba is exposed to the outside by the bera floor of the bera, if there is no ceiling and glass in the bera part of the latter part of the bera as follows. However, two rooms, such as the inside room of the instant bera, are located under the direct below the OF G Gbera in the latter part of the instant Bara.
Even after the instant repair work, the Plaintiff, from around December 2016, suffered damage from water leakage, such as funging rainwater from the inside of the instant bank room, and from the back of F, from the two rooms located below the lower part of Vietnam, the Plaintiff incurred damage to water leakage in the two rooms located below the lower part.
