Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. 3. The sole criminal conduct by Defendant B (the violation of the Road Traffic Act).
A. On July 3, 2020, around 16:00 on Jeju Island, the Defendant driven an I-coo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the adjacent road of Sejong-park, which is located in 270-3, to the adjacent road of the H Seopo-si G in Seopo-si, Seopo-si.
