A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2014, the Defendant, at around 9:00, sustained three times the face of the victim on the ground that the victim C (the 60-year-old age) in the smoke light park in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, was under the influence of alcohol and did not listen to his/her horse that he/she was entering the house, and suffered an injury to the victim on the back part of the victim on the ground that he/she was under the influence of alcohol at approximately five occasions, on the ground that the victim C (the 60-year-old age-) was under the influence of alcohol.
