Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Provided, That the execution of each of the above punishments shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

On October 10, 2013, from October 26, 2013 to May 26, 2014, the Defendant, along with D, occupied, transferred, or traded without permission at the office located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si without undergoing the procedure for transferring the normal name, and the actual driver and the nominal owner in the registration sold and purchased a motor vehicle over 39 times in all as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) by re-saleing it to a third party without transferring the substitute vehicle, i.e., a vehicle to another person.

Accordingly, the defendant conducted a motor vehicle transaction business without registration in collusion with D, and transferred a motor vehicle to a third party without registration.

On November 5, 2013, at the office of trade of D's automobile located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, the Defendant proposed that the actual driver and the nominal owner of the D's vehicle distribute the vehicle to purchase the vehicle, namely, the vehicle from another vehicle, and return it to D after adding interest on the fund, and that D shall transfer the vehicle to D around November 6, 2013, and D purchased the substitute vehicle and then sell the vehicle to a third party without registering its transfer, and then sell the vehicle over 36 times as shown in the attached list of crimes (2).

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with D conducts a motor vehicle transaction business without making a registration, and without making a transfer registration of a motor vehicle to a third party.
