Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The owner of any business establishment prohibited from access by juveniles violating the Juvenile Protection Act shall verify the age of persons entering such business establishment and prohibit juveniles from entering such business establishment;

Nevertheless, at around 20:00 on August 8, 2013, the Defendant had four juveniles, including E (17 years of age), who are juveniles, engage in singing in the general room other than the above singing room, and had them enter the establishments where juveniles are prohibited from entering.

2. No karaoke machine business operator who violates the Music Industry Promotion Act shall allow juveniles to enter any place other than the hours for admitting them;

Nevertheless, at around 20:00 on August 8, 2013, the Defendant allowed four juveniles, including E (17 years of age), who were juveniles, to enter the above singing room, and even though 2:00 on the same day as the hours during which the access of juveniles was restricted, the Defendant continued to sing up to 23:00, thereby allowing the said juveniles to enter the place other than the hours for admitting juveniles.
