Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2015, at around 02:04, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.153% while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 2km from the 2km section of the training site for the residents of Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the shooting distance of the sports site for the residents of Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
