Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a member of the BusanD Residents' Autonomous Council.

No member of the residents' autonomous council established in the Eup/Myeon/Dong residents' autonomous center shall engage in an election campaign.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from April 8, 2016 to April 07:20 to 07:50, on the front of the “F” convenience store located at the entrance of Busan E apartment.

4. For H to the 20th National Assembly member election scheduled to be held on 13. The 20th National Assembly member, with H’s election campaignmen registered as a candidate in Busan Metropolitan constituency, the personnel affairs of H to the general public for an unspecified number of constituencies that passed, and “I will request H candidate well.”

2. Defendant B is a member of the Busan Metropolitan Autonomous Council.
