On June 10, 2013, at around 22:55, the Defendant driven a B-learning passenger car from the roads 298-2, Daegu Dong-dong 298-2 to the front road of the bridge in Daegu Jung-dong 1, Daegu-dong 298-2, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.085% of blood alcohol content.
