Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From November 201, 201 to May 30, 2013, the Defendant served as an employee from the victim C management E in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was engaged in the business of delivering liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to E business partners and receiving money.
1. From November 30 to November 2012, 2012, the Defendant (occupational embezzlement) received KRW 34,000 from G in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, a business partner of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and embezzled the amount of KRW 1,990,00 by arbitrarily consuming it from around November 30, 201, while in his/her business custody for the victim, he/she used it in his/her daily expenses, etc. around that time, and embezzled it. From that time to November 30, 2012, the Defendant embezzled it by arbitrarily consuming the amount of KRW 1,990,000 in the same way eight times during the period from that time.
2. Around March 2013 to May 2013, the Defendant (Occupational Embezzlement) received KRW 68,000 from an Iju store located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, the business partner of Eunpyeong-gu around March 12, 2013 and embezzled it by arbitrarily using his/her daily living expenses, etc. around that time while carrying out his/her business for the victim, and embezzled it. From that time until around May 21, 2013, the Defendant arbitrarily consumed the total amount of KRW 1,625,00 in the same way and embezzled it.
3. From November 201 to December 2011, 2011, to April 2013, the Defendant, as an employee of E from around November 2011, to around December 2011, committed the crime (occupational embezzlement), disposed of approximately 4,560km (the supply price of KRW 3,980,100) among the LPG used to install gas storage facilities in the green market, the green market, and the green market (the supply price of KRW 4,560cm (the supply price of KRW 3,980,100), and embezzled it by arbitrarily disposing of it in an irregular site, and then disposing of approximately 20,005km (the supply price of KRW 43,842,931 won) by the same method until around April 2013.
