1. On September 4, 2013, the Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Plaintiff) is on the bicycle lane of the Hai-gu Nowon-gu, Daegu-gun, Nowon-gu, Seoul-do.

1. Basic facts

A. The details of ensuring the conclusion of the instant insurance contract are as follows: (a) 3% or more of the subscription amount; (b) the injury of the injury caused by the injury to the original injury; and (c) the relevant amount paid 690,000,000; and (d) the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff on September 13, 2012 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

In case that the disability payment rate is equivalent to not less than 3% of the disability payment rate due to injury to the kind of insurance money, the payment rate as prescribed in the disability classification table shall be set forth in this special agreement.
