A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months and a fine of three hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B 124cc meta.
