The Defendant committed the following crimes at the D shop operated by the victim C in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. 피고인은 2019. 6. 18. 12:00경 위 D 매장에 들어가 그곳에서 근무하고 있던 종업원 E에게 “팀장 어딨냐”고 소리를 지르고, 가게 안을 돌아다니며 그곳을 찾은 불상의 손님들에게 “네가 팀장이냐”고 소리쳐 도망을 가게 하는 등 위력으로써 피해자의 제과점 영업 업무를 방해하였다.

2. 피고인은 2019. 6. 18. 21:30경 위 D 매장에 들어가 그곳에서 근무하고 있던 종업원 F과 카운터 업무를 보고 있는 불상의 종업원에게 “책임자 어딨냐”고 소리를 지르고, “내가 교도소에 수감 중일 때 매장으로 보낸 편지를 보았느냐”고 위협하고, 책임자가 없다는 말을 듣고도 한동안 “책임자 어딨느냐”고 소란을 피워 손님들이 나가게 하는 등 위력으로써 피해자의 제과점 영업 업무를 방해하였다.

3. 피고인은 2019. 6. 19 07:00경 위 D 매장에 들어가 그곳에서 근무하고 있던 종업원 G에게 “팀장 어딨냐, 팀장을 만나게 해 달라, 작년에 내가 탄원서를 보냈는데 왜 답변이 없느냐”고 소리치고, “나는 보통사람이 아니다”라고 말해 겁을 주고, G으로부터 팀장이 없다는 말을 듣고도 그곳을 돌아다니며 다른 종업원들에게 위협적으로 “네가 팀장이냐”고 묻는 등 위력으로써 피해자의 제과점 영업 업무를 방해하였다.

4. The Defendant: (a) around 12:00 on June 19, 2019, entered the said D shop and worked in the said D shop; (b) sound “the head of the team” to the employees G, and “the head of the team” to “the head of the group” to see the goods of other customers.
