Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2013, at around 16:35, the Defendant driven a 2-wing 3 truck in the section of approximately 10km in front of the Manambdong, Seoul, from the area near the Hannam Arts Center, at the same time from the area near the Hannam Arts Center at the Hannam-dong, Seoul, to the front of the Manambrop.
