A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around October 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 600,000 to the G bank account in the name of Defendant’s seal or C’s name in the name of D Bank account (E) in the name of F in order to purchase and sell Melopopon from B, which is a local mental medicine, from October 16:27, 2018; and (b) transferred KRW 14:00,000 to the G bank account in the name of F in the name of B; and (c) on October 28, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold approximately 2.1g of the Melopon to the bus transport in the form of a total of KRW 39,30,000,000,000, as shown in attached Table 39,200, from around that time to August 23, 2019.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. Due to the administration of phiphones.

A. On October 2019, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in K Building L, put in a glass pipe in order to cut off water containing philophones, laid down a smoke, made the smoke enter a glass bottle containing water, and administered philophones by driving rubber lines connected to water (i.e., “one mars” method).

B. On July 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) put in the Defendant’s residence located under the K Building L L in the glass pipe; (b) opened the water containing the non-opopon volume into the glass pipe; (c) opened the water into the glass bottle containing water; (d) opened the smoke into the glass bottle containing the water; and (e) administered the clopon in the clopon method (i.e., e., g., e., g., e., g., e., g., g., clopon.

3. On July 14, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. by holding Handphones (fluence) kept one glass bottle (fluence 20ml) in the territory of the Defendant, located under the K Building L L of the former Northern Eup/Eup/Myeon, located in the territory of the Defendant, who had a large amount of Handphones (fluence 20ml) and carried a phiphones.
