1. The Defendant shall pay 23,700,000 won to the Plaintiff and 15% per annum from August 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of Gap evidence No. 1’s written evidence and the entire argument as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff concluded by the Defendant to pay the Plaintiff KRW 23,700,000 to the Plaintiff up to May 31, 2015, by being awarded a contract with the Defendant for the steel framed construction of KRW 128,70,000 for the said construction and additional construction work, and the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 23,700,000 to the remainder of the construction work.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 23,700,000 won for the remainder of the construction project and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order sought by the plaintiff after the above payment date.

2. Accordingly, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all participating Justices.
