Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2015, at around 13:25, the Defendant operated the Defendant’s vehicle in the section of approximately 100 kilometers prior to the “space industry company” located in the Samgcheon-si, Gangwon-si, which was located in Gangseo-si, after passing through the Defendant’s house in front of the Defendant’s house located in Gangseo-si, which had not obtained a driver’s license, from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Gangseo-si to the national highway of approximately 100 kilometers.
