1. The part of the claim for revocation of the administrative litigation-related costs, among the lawsuits in this case, shall be dismissed.

2. The defendant.

Details of the disposition

The plaintiff shall be the operator and the president of the C Child Care Center in Jeonnam-Gun B (hereinafter referred to as the "Child Care Center in this case").

On March 25, 2015, the Defendant ordered the Plaintiff to return a total of KRW 18,582,840 of the subsidies related to the cost of the child-care center’s operation of the instant child-care center. On August 26, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit with this court seeking revocation of the order to return the said subsidies (this court 2015Guhap12564), and withdrawn the said lawsuit on May 13, 2016.

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant paid a total of KRW 4,021,00,000 to the Plaintiff for the expenses incurred in the withdrawal of the said lawsuit by May 20, 2016, and notified the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant notification”).

On May 30, 2016, the Defendant disbursed KRW 4,000,00,00 to D and E, a course assistant teacher under a labor contract, and allowances to be paid from its own operating expenses. Although monthly salary was paid to F, who worked as a nursery teacher for the period from January 1, 2014 to February 28, 2014, the Defendant disbursed KRW 1,749,520 as the social care assistant teacher’s personnel expenses, and paid KRW 10,000 as the life-saving assistant teacher who is not the nature to be paid from the social care subsidy, and KRW 10,000 as the education assistant teacher for the course from 20,000 to 16,000,000 for the total of KRW 1,00,000 as the education community activities expenses for the course of the course of the course of the course, the Defendant’s disposition to suspend his/her qualification was confirmed from 20,000 to 16,014.7.14.

The sum of the suspension of operation of the above childcare center and the suspension of qualification of the president shall be referred to as "the instant disposition".
