Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall unlawfully use a registration number plate under the Motor Vehicle Management Act;

Nevertheless, at around 09:00 on August 15, 2015, the Defendant removed the registration number plate of the Category C Car in the Heungdong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 626 parking lot, and attached it to Dingcona car.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of a Ding consortium car.

On August 15, 2015, a motor vehicle owner is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance. On August 15, 2015, the defendant operated the motor vehicle of the aboveing consortium which is not covered by mandatory insurance on the road near the new intersection located in the Northwest-gu, Songjin-gu.
