When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:20 on April 13, 2014, placed money in front of the clothes C, located in Suwon-gu, Busan, in a type of mold-to-be extracted machine owned by the victim D, but did not work, and (b) damaged the property owned by the victim by getting off and destroying the refinite of the said machine into cement with approximately 20 centimeters “each length of romatic length”.
