Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fines, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2013, at around 19:45, Defendant B entered the said hospital with chest fluence around the receipt stand of the D Hospital located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon. However, on the ground that the victim E (n'e, 23 years old) went to another hospital because the medical treatment was completed, Defendant A took a brut view by a large voice that “if he was a spat patient, she should be treated, she should be treated,” and Defendant B took a brut, and Defendant B took a 30-minute fluscence for the said reason, for the said reason, it was difficult for the victim’s husband to avoid a 30-minute prut disturbance, such as “Isk spat down”, and sound.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with and by force interfered with the victim's night duty nursing service.
