A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant under special injury: (a) around August 3, 2016, at the F office operated by the victim E (V) (V) who is the mother of the Defendant on the first floor of the building in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) during five years ago, the Defendant’s wife arose from misunderstanding about the amount of the money that the Defendant had received from the victim; and (c) the Defendant was able to take advantage of the victim’s words related thereto; (d) by taking advantage of the victim’s characters related thereto, the Defendant took one-meter back from the victim’s softention; and (e) by finding the victim’s son and part of the victim’s son and part of the son’s son’s son’s son were demoted at the same time to prevent the above items; and (e) by taking care of the victim’s son and part of the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son, etc. into the left side of the victim’s son.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. The Defendant causing special property damage, as set forth in the above 1. Paragraph (1) of this Article, was destroyed by breaking the amount equivalent to KRW 1,54,00,00, which is the sum of the repair cost for meetings held by the victim under the above 1. Paragraph (1) of this Article, such as table table, table glass, conference chair, and chief chair.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and damaged the property owned by the victim.
