Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the Changwon District Court on August 17, 2006. On January 2, 2009, the Busan District Court was notified of a summary order of 1 million won as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On June 26, 2013, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.077% on blood alcohol level around 23:18, the Defendant driven a B-hand car at approximately 5km away from the closing point of the city bus No. 99, Geum-gu, Busan, Geum-gu, Busan, to the front day of the corporate bank.
