Around 23:30 on December 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered G oriental medical hospitals, women’s toilets on the first floor of Gambag City, F, by stating that the victim would appear to go out of the Defendant; and (b) assaulted the victim’s face on several occasions under the circumstance that the victim forcedly opened a toilet and carried excessive things, a dangerous object behind G oriental medical hospitals, and carried the victim’s face.
