The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On June 2, 2015, the Defendant, at around 00:03, at the store located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul, the Defendant: (a) expressed the Defendant a bath at the victim’s shop; (b) three persons, such as the victim D (at the age of 21); (c) the police officer; and (d) the victim, at the same time, talked on the part of the victim on the part of his own; and (c) the other hand, “at the time,” and continue to read “at the victim once during the night-to-day period; and (d) the other hand, at the same year for the same.”

“In other words, the victim was openly insulting.”

2. Reasons for dismissing the public prosecution: Articles 311 and 312(1) of the Criminal Act; Article 327 Subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act [Agreement and withdrawal of complaint by the victim on January 9, 2017]
