1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs (appointed parties) and the designated parties are dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;
A. On March 3, 1990, the network D (hereinafter “the network”) entered into a new life savings mutual aid agreement (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”) with the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation that the period of mutual aid between the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation is ten years from the date of conclusion of the contract, six million won from the maturity mutual aid amount, three times the maturity mutual aid amount in general death, six times the maturity amount in general death, and six times the maturity amount in case of disaster death to the beneficiary (he heir).
B. The terms and conditions of the instant mutual aid agreement : “A disaster” refers to an accident in the classification table as an contingent accident, and the term “case of non-verification” as referred to in subparagraph 26 is listed as one of the disasters. Article 7 provides that the beneficiary shall not pay mutual aid money if the beneficiary commits suicide or self-harm in disability, but this shall not apply where the beneficiary commits suicide after one year from the date on which the mutual aid agreement is concluded.
C. At around 17:00 on September 26, 1992, the Deceased was found to have died of neck in the Namyang-gun, Namyang-gun, the Namyang-gun, and the doctor who examined the corpse determined him as a "quality", and the investigative agency presumed the person to commit suicide on the ground that it was not possible to find out the suspected points of other murder and issued a disposition for the closure of internal investigation.
The plaintiff is the spouse and the designated children of the deceased, and each inheritor is the deceased.
E. On December 192, 1992, the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation paid 18 million won to the Plaintiff and the designated parties under the instant mutual aid agreement.
E. On March 2, 2012, pursuant to Article 134-5 of the Agricultural Cooperatives Act, the life insurance sector was separated from the mutual aid business of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and the Defendant was established.
