Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A. Around 20:50 on December 2, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving, the Defendant driven DK5 automobiles at a section of about 3km from the front of the Samsung Electronic Service Center, which is located at the center of Mayang-si, to the front of the Manyang-si, Manyang-si, without a driver’s license.
B. Around 20:50 on December 2, 2014, the Defendant was demanded to stop driving and stop driving on the vehicle for the reason that drinking is doubtful as a result of the verification of drinking through the drinking reduction base by the police officer E, who was a police officer belonging to the Mine Police Station, while driving the said K5 car on the front of the NAF at the NAF, the NAF, which is located in the Donyang-gu Central Federation of the Donyang-si Central Federation.

As a driver who has no license within the police station, he/she is investigated as he/she has driven by the police station.
If so, a fine shall be imposed.
