Punishment of the crime

To the extent that it does not disadvantage the defendant's defense right, some correction or correction was made according to facts obtained through the examination of evidence without amendment procedures.

1. On October 3, 2017, at around 03:08, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the said fingers and the abolition, etc. by attaching a fire to the fingers, which caused the public danger, such as setting off the said fingers by attaching it to the fingers in which G was in possession of the subway 1 line in Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul, without any justifiable reason before the history of the subway F Station No. 1, which was located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) caused danger to the outside wall and columns of the said history, such as going off to the influent length.
