1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 per annum and 15% per annum from February 20, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) applies mutatis mutandis to the case of Article 208(3)3 of the same Act

3. The part of a claim for delay damages exceeding the rate of 15% per annum pursuant to the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings by Partial Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015 and enforced October 1, 2015) shall be dismissed.
