Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury, such as tear tear, etc., from the external side, which requires approximately eight weeks of medical treatment, due to such occupational negligence.
