Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year, and the execution shall be suspended for two years from the date the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

I. 2019 Highest 133

1. Around February 5, 2019: (a) around 11:17, the Defendant used a sign prohibiting plastic parking, a dangerous object in the vicinity of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to remove the victim’s face by gathering a stone, which is a dangerous object, from the victim’s seat, on the ground that the victim C was strokeed by reporting himself/herself on the front side of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) used the victim’s head part, which was in excess of the floor, to take off the victim’s face.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. At around 20:10 on February 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 to the E Apartment F, one of his residence in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and “a fishing traffic accident was inspected by the police;” and (b) took an investigation into the crime described in paragraph (1) of the above Article, while dividing between the slope H and security guards belonging to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station, which was called to the scene, and the Defendant was under investigation by committing the crime described in paragraph (1) of the above paragraph; (c) voluntarily interesting the Defendant, and walking the boiler pipe, which was in the front line of the above dwelling, with a wooden cover of the boiler pipe in the above dwelling, and brought about two trees (92 cm in length, 56 cm in length) (3m in length, knife the knife and knife the knife and knife the knife of the knife and knife the knife.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in regard to the handling of 112 Reporting Cases.

II. 2019 Highest 1531

1. On March 24, 2019, the Defendant who obstructed worship was present before the K principal meeting located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
