Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants committed the joint crime of the Defendants with intent to defraud money under the name of the purchase price by pretending to sell the valuable products against many and unspecified persons via the Internet, and Defendant A provided an account to be used for the crime, Defendant B prepared a letter pretending to sell the goods as if they were sold, and conspired to share the money by fraud.

B, around April 12, 2018, on the Internet trading site “C”, the phrase “A” was written, “Aphone X 64G poper,” and the phrase was falsely written as if the victim D, who reported and contacted the above writing, had been sold normally to the victim D, and then he received KRW 300,000 from the victim to the bank account under the name of the Defendant E bank account (F) on the same day, from April 6, 2018 to April 28, 2018, the sum of KRW 3170,000 was remitted from the victim 15 as indicated in the list of crimes.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to acquire the property from the victims.

2. The Defendant, on April 17, 2018, posted a letter on “C” on the Internet’s medium-sized trading site “C” and, on the same day, reads that he/she would normally sell Nohbuk to the victim G who contacted with the above writing as if he/she would normally sell Nohbuk, and then, he/she received KRW 320,00 from the victim to the Defendant’s friendship H I bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant-friendly job offering H on the same day.
