Defendant
A is the representative of “B” company in Dongbcheon-si, who is a person in charge of safety management of the company, Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of waste manufacturing business, etc., and Defendant C is a person engaged in H 24 tons truck driving.
1. At around 15:00 on January 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven the instant truck, which was installed in front of the waste collection plant in the foregoing stock company B, in order to load slots on the crawlss installed in the truck on the road in front of the waste collection plant in the foregoing stock company B, thereby getting the workplace back to the workplace.
