A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

1. On August 31, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.192% on August 31, 202, while driving the said car, and driving it on the one lane near the 692 Changwon-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the roads near the 692 Changwon-gu, as the Changsiwon-siwon,

Since there is a central separation group that dividess the center line of yellow solid lines, a person engaged in driving motor vehicles has a duty of care to safely proceed along the central line and prevent accidents from occurring.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and found a speedcar while under the influence of alcohol and did not control vehicles due to the play rapid operation, and got off the front side of the victim C(the age of 42) driving, which was driven normally on the three-lanes of the road facing the negligence of driving the vehicle by driving in excess of the central separation group and driving in excess of the central separation group, and received the front side of the victim C(the age of 42) driving from the right side of the said vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) while driving the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to influence of alcohol, and caused the injury to the said victim, such as salt, tensions, etc.; (b) the victim E (V) of the said bus to provide approximately 3 weeks of medical treatment; (c) the injury such as dynasium, tensions, etc., in need of medical treatment for about 3 weeks to the said F (50 years of age); (d) the injury such as dynasium, tension, etc., in need of medical treatment for about 3 weeks to the said G (34 years of age); (d) the injury such as dynasium, etc., in need of medical treatment for about 18 weeks to the said H (18 years of age); (d) the injury such as dynasium, etc., requiring light treatment for about 2 weeks to the said I (57 years of age); (d) the injury to the said passenger E (52 years of age); and the injury to the said G.
