Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 13, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with labor for the violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and 2 years of suspended execution on December 21, 2012, and became final and conclusive on December 21, 2012.
"2013 Highest 60"
1. The Defendant violated the Labor Standards Act, at the same place of business, worked from March 2, 2007 to August 8, 2012, and did not pay 7920,000 won, including 832,00 won of annual salary in 2011, annual salary in 2012, annual salary in 2012, and 1,088,000 won from June 11, 2012 to July 31, 2012, and two workers, including 2 million won of wage in June 2012 and 4 million won in July 7, 2012, without any agreement to extend the period of 14 days from the date of each retirement.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act did not pay KRW 20,228,720 of the retirement allowances of the above workers E, without any agreement to extend the period of 14 days after the date of retirement.

1. Violation of the Labor Standards Act;
A. The Defendant worked from April 1, 2009 to January 31, 2013 at the above workplace and did not pay 10,120,000 won in total, including 2,720,000 won in the wages of November 1, 2012 to retired G from the said workplace without an agreement for the extension of the due date until 14 days from the date of retirement, and did not pay 27,255,660 won in total, including 2,3,7,7,8,13, and 14 of the details of the money and valuables in arrears by each individual in attached Form, without an agreement for the extension of the due date.
B. Although wages are paid at least once a month on a fixed date, the Defendant did not pay KRW 2,720,000 for the wages of November 8, 201 to B who worked from August 8, 201 at the said workplace on a fixed date, and paid KRW 10,120,000 in total on a fixed date, as shown in the [Attachment] No. 1] of the details of personal delayed payment, as well as in the [Attachment] No. 1].
