1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 174,150,000 and the interest rate thereon from October 26, 201 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff and D’s money transaction (1) on April 15, 2011, via E (Defendant C Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “Defendant C”)
(A) A person who actually operates the E is a person who has leased KRW 300 million to the Defendant B’s account on July 22, 2011, and was transferred KRW 300 million to the E management account.
(2) On July 25, 201, the Plaintiff again decided to grant D a loan of KRW 30 million, interest rate of KRW 48% per annum, maturity of payment on August 25, 2011 (hereinafter “instant loan”). The Plaintiff paid KRW 137,00,000 as a check after deducting KRW 36,000 as a three-month interest rate for KRW 300 million as a three-month interest rate, and as a handling fee, KRW 30,000 under the pretext of a three-month interest rate for KRW 300,000 as a result of April 15, 201.
B. As to the loan of this case between the Plaintiff and the Defendants, the Plaintiff was issued and delivered a loan certificate with the following contents (hereinafter “the loan certificate of this case”). The loan certificate of this case contains the Defendant B’s seal impression affixed, and the certificate of seal impression attached thereto.

C. On July 26, 2011, Defendant B, for the purpose of securing the instant loan, had the Plaintiff registered the creation of a neighboring mortgage amounting to KRW 500 million with respect to the F religion Site in Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu and the building on its ground as the maximum debt amount.
