1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,30,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 26, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

On June 8, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement for construction with the Defendant for the construction work by setting the construction cost of KRW 640,600,00 for blasting construction among the roads construction works between the Defendant and the Defendant. Although the Plaintiff completed blasting construction works, the Plaintiff’s failure to receive KRW 25,30,000 from the Defendant among the construction cost did not conflict between the parties, and the entire purport of the pleadings can be acknowledged by considering the whole purport of the pleadings as a whole. As such, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff the damages for delay at a rate of KRW 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 26, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the date on which the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the Defendant, as sought by the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
