Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc. (a collective injury, D), bodily injury (victim E); (b) and assault (victim F) committed an injury to the victim C (or 19 years old); (c) committed an injury to the victim C (or 19 years old); (d) on the ground that the victim D (or 47 years old); and (d) was scam and scambling at “H restaurant” operated by Busan Northern-gu G, the victim C (or 19 years old); and (d) the victim C’s scambling of the victim’s face at one time with a dangerous object at that place; (d) the victim’s left end end is walking at one time; (e) the victim E (20 years old); and (e) the victim’s left side of the victim’s face at one-way treatment day; and (e) the victim’s left side of the E-day;

2. The Defendant interfered with business by force prevents customers from entering the restaurant at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) by avoiding the disturbance, such as avoiding the humiliation and disturbance, and exceeding the 20 minutes, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.

3. Around 04:05 on September 13, 2014, the Defendant threatened the victim E while arrested the police officer who was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 for the same reason as stated in paragraphs 1 and 2 at the Geumdong Police Station of Busan, Busan, and being investigated as a flagrant offender, the Defendant threatened the victim E by saying, “I will not talk with the Chewing type, E, E, I will not leave the inside, and I will not leave the inside and after the investigation.”
