A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 8, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law (drinking) at the Southern Branch of the Gwangju District Court, etc. on July 14, 2015, and on October 22, 2015, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice, such as the final decision on October 30, 2015.

[2] On August 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a D vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.122% of alcohol concentration in blood at approximately 1 k meters before the police box located in the same Ri from the Southern-gun C before the front of a motor vehicle driver’s license at around 16:40 on August 14, 2015.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a Dwing and Class III vehicle.

On June 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was parked in the official zone next to the Southernnam-gun E, Namnam-gun without a driver’s license on June 26, 2015; (b) at the same time, the Defendant was unable to take night at night, and was the victim F ( South, 50 years old) on the side of the said vehicle, and thus, the Defendant was obliged to check the safe distance of the person engaging in driving of a motor vehicle and thereafter have a duty of care to check the safe distance.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not exercise such duty of care and had the victim who was taking the above driver's seat knife and the rail knife knife go beyond the road.

The defendant suffered an open room for the number of days of treatment by negligence of the above business.

On October 22, 2015, the Defendant driven a D-wing and 3 truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.127% at a section of about 21km from 16:28, 2015 to 16:28, 16:28, 2015, the Defendant driven a D-wing and 3 truck under the influence of alcohol content of blood.
