Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The “D” located in Incheon Strengthening Group C is a main point operated jointly by victims E, F, and G. A.
On August 27, 2016, at the main point of “D” around 18:00, the Defendant got sound on the ground that he did not talk with the Defendant, and she was frighten the victim F, who was asked to f, who was fright to take a time to refrain from communicating with the Defendant, and she was fright to “I will see why she will see why she was fright, and she was not aware of she was fright.” Although other customers got to go out of the main point, the Defendant continued to go back to the said main point while she got back to the victim F, and she was frighted for three hours.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victims' main business by force.
B. On August 29, 2016, the Defendant sought again at the main point of “D” around 13:00, and the victim F was unable to undergo a disturbance for about 6 hours, including, but not limited to, the following: (a) the Defendant 13:00; and (b) the Victim F was able to receive a noise at the last time; (c) the Defendant f was able to kill the Victim F with the behavior for about 30 minutes; and (d) the Victim F was able to undergo a disturbance for about 6 hours, such as: (a) the Victim F was able to take the main point and take a bath to the Victim F.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victims' main business by force.
C. At around 19:45 on September 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the said main points while under the influence of alcohol and requested the victim E to provide alcohol; (b) however, the victim E refuses to comply with the foregoing while refusing to provide “the victim E”; (c) forced customers to take a time fee; and (d) requested the victim F to refrain from doing so at a low time, he/she reported to the police at a low time; and (c) he/she will reduce the width. In this way, he/she will die. Whether he/she interfere with his/her business. There is no money. There is no money. It is approximately 40 minutes, i.e., committing noise during this year and only.”
