Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2012, at around 23:50, the Defendant driven a Bppon vehicle in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.117 percent from the first 1 kilometer section of approximately 1 kilometer from the front of the Scco apartment road in the Chuncheon-si, Mancheon-si to the native Scon-si road in the same city of efficacy.
