Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) at the Changwon District Court on August 20, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at Jinju Prison on December 11, 2016.

3. On March 1, 2017, at around 16:00, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license from approximately 1.5 km section from the 3rd Do, a 103-ro, a non-fin-ro, Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul, to the front roads of Jin-dong, the same city.

On June 10, 2017, the Defendant driven a Cranx XG car without obtaining a driver's license from around 2km to about 75 meters in front of the front day of the front day of the front day of the viewing in the city of 183, the center of the Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, Seoul, to around 183, the center of the city of the same city, from around 2km to the front day of the dental clinic in the city of the same city.
