A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim B (n, 43 years old) and the married couple, and the victim C (n, 42 years old) is the neighboring party B.

1. On February 7, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B: (a) at the home of the Defendant on the grounds that the Defendant calculated the drinking value by using the card; and (b) on the grounds that the Defendant’s children’s educational expenses received from the State were used as drinking values, etc., the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B by taking advantage of the victim’s cruel and disregarding himself; (c) with the victim’s face, the Defendant threatened the victim with “fincing off” by putting the victim’s face; and (d) with the kitchen, which is a dangerous thing at the right side of the victim; and (e) with the kitchen (30 cm in length) which is a dangerous thing at the kitchen; and (e) with the victim’s fincing the victim, the Defendant suffered an injury, such as a finc that the victim cannot know the number of days of treatment by fincing the victim.
