The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) of the lower judgment is too heavy.

2. In full view of the aforementioned factors, the judgment below's punishment is reasonable, and there is no additional change of circumstances in the court below's reasoning, and the defendant's argument is without merit, in full view of all matters concerning the sentencing as indicated in the records and arguments on changes in the records of this case, including the following: (a) the defendant is making a confession of the crime; (b) the victim was assaulted by the victim of this case to be punished by a fine; (c) the victim was not in agreement with the victim; (d) the crime of assault, bodily injury; (e) the crime of injury; and (e) the crime of damaging property damage; and (e) the record of the crime of obstructing official duties was four times.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
