Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and B’s co-principaled Defendants were driven by Defendant B by intentionally taking a vehicle driven by the victim’s wife in a way to recover their relationship with the victim, and proposed that the victim recover the relationship while aiding and abetting the accident. On July 19, 2013, Defendant B consented that Defendant B would take part of the vehicle driven by the Defendant’s wife on the roads of Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, in order to cause a traffic accident, and reported the traffic accident intentionally to the police station or by threatening the victim’s wife as if the above facts were known to the victim’s wife.
According to the above public offering, the Defendants called the victim by public telephone on July 2013, 2013 and talked to the purport that “I will see that you will see the truth.
