If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2013, at around 22:40, the Defendant used three occasions of drinking alcohol to drink the inside part of the victim, without any reason, while drinking alcohol to the victim C (56 years of age) at the house of Youngdo-gu Busan Metropolitan City B apartment 105, 304 (56 years of age) and used three times of drinking alcohol to drink, and caused injury to the victim.
