A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 29, 2015, the Defendant, while drunking on the roadside in front of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul at around 02:30, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to “I am home from a slope D belonging to the Seoul Yangcheon Police Station C commander of the Seoul Yangyang Police Station, who was traveling on the spot after receiving the said 112 report,” and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case, by assaulting the Defendant, such as “I am on the knife, you am on the knife, I am on the knife, I am on the knife, I am on the knife, I am on the knife, I am.”

2. The Defendant damaged objects for public use at the same time and place as mentioned in the above paragraph (1) of the same Article, by putting the above D’s hand on the ground, which was cited as a portable gallon 2, which is an object for public use, thereby falling off the said portable gallon, thereby damaging the equipment used by public offices to repair them.
