1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 4,763,170 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from June 19, 2013 to July 21, 2015.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s relationship 1) On August 19, 2010, the Plaintiff’s council of occupants’ representatives at the Defendant B apartment (hereinafter “Defendant’s council”).

As between September 1, 2010 and August 31, 2013, the Plaintiff is an apartment B located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

(2) The contract to operate the emblem center in the complex (hereinafter referred to as the “instant contract”).

(2) Since September 1, 2010, the above emblem (hereinafter referred to as the “instant center”) was concluded.

(2) The defendant A is the chairperson of the council of occupants' representatives, the defendant Korean Housing Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Co., Ltd.") entrusted the management of the apartment of this case by the defendant's council of occupants' representatives, and the defendant C is the person employed by the defendant Co., Ltd as the head of the management office for the management

B. The Defendants, who interfered with the duties of the center of this case by Defendant A and C, did not pay the electricity and water fee, and did not join the apartment complex of this case as a member of the center of this case, and did the following acts.

1. On August 18, 2012, Defendant A: Provided, That at around 07:00 on August 18, 2012, Defendant A: (a) opened a door at the instant center; (b) opened a staff of the management office; and (c) shut off all tent air conditioners within the center.

8. Until December 27, 200, air conditioners within the Centre have not operated.

2) Defendant A’s disturbance, as of December 24, 2012, at the center of this case around 21:00 on December 24, 2012, 2012, Defendant A caused disturbance, including ringing time expenses and passing sound, for Defendant A and C’s notice from December 24, 2012, Defendant A and C, and C, within the entrance and exit of the center of this case and the center of the center of this case from August 24, 2012, “14,945,00 won electricity and water supply and from August 24, 2012 to October 10 of the same year.”
