A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall perform any act of similarity or intercourse using part of his/her body, such as mouth or anus, or implements in return for promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits, and shall not mediate, induce, induce or compel such act of similarity or sexual intercourse.

Nevertheless, from December 26, 2019 to March 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) leased three studios, such as the Daegu-gu Office of World Trade C; (b) the former D Buildings E; and (c) the former F Buildings E; and (b) operated a commercial sex business establishment (a name in the name of "G" and "H"; (c) promoted the said business to the Internet site I; (d) provided publicity of the said business to the non-resident who was found to find the advertisement; and (d) assisted by the said female sexual traffic to the said female customer on his/her hand, and (e) paid 50,000 won per hour to the said female sexual traffic; and (e) paid 30,000 won to the said female sexual traffic, and acquired the remainder by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
