A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant who attempted to commit a fire to the present state building is the members of the D church located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and E is the pastor who is living together with his family in the third floor of the Diplomatic Association.

On January 4, 2014, at around 03:10, the Defendant found that he was under stress through mental fission and exchange and received stress from E, and had a three-story door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door.

The Defendant, at around 03:30 on the same day, was found to lack the ability to discern things or make decisions, and the records are as follows. ① The Defendant: (i) the Defendant was at the time of the military service and was faced with an accident involving the Defendant’s discharge of firearms in around 1996; (ii) the Defendant was hospitalized in the Republic of Korea at the Busan East-gu G medical Center located in the Republic of Korea, H I Hospital located in the Republic of Korea, Gyeongnam-gun, and J Hospital located in the Busan East-gu, Busan in the Republic of Korea; (iii) the Defendant was at the time of committing the instant crime; and (iv) the medical specialist of the Department of Mental Health of J Hospital appears to have shown to have shown that the Defendant’s ability to change his or her ability to commit the instant crime, such as behavioral disorder caused by exchange; and (iv) the Defendant appears to have deteriorated his or her ability to change his or her ability to commit the instant crime; and (iv) the Defendant appears to have changed his or her ability to change things at the time of the court.
