A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forging a private document;

A. On January 2009, the Defendant: (a) received consent from the representative E of the D Association Corporation that is necessary to move a factory from the Defendant’s residence located in the Danbuk-gun, North Korean War; and (b) received consent from the residents necessary to move the factory from the representative E; (c) received consent from the residents’ consent; and (d) written consent to the livestock excreta joint resource-generating project that the E wishes to install and operate; (c) entered inspection in the address column as “Ban-gun,” “G,” “H,” and “H” in the resident number column; and (d) marked G seal kept in advance following the name of G.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the written consent of the residents in the name of G, which is a private document related to rights and duties, and forged all the written consent of the residents in the name of 31 I village residents, such as the written consent of the residents in the attached Form (1).

B. At the end of November 2009, the Defendant, upon the request of the residents’ consent required to move a factory from the representative E of the D Association Corporation at the above location, entered the resident’s consent letter stating that “In the case of a business facility for the joint livestock excreta resource-generating of livestock excreta in 2010, the Defendant agreed to do so” into the address column with a black pen, and affixed a seal of K’s seal which was kept in front of the name of K.

As a result, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged the written consent of the residents in the name of K, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and forged all the written consent of the residents in the name of six I village residents, such as the attached list of crimes (2).

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. On February 2, 2009, the Defendant submitted the written consent of the residents indicated in the list of the crimes in the attached Form No. 1, which was forged as above, to E as if they were duly formed.

B. On November 2009, the Defendant’s non-explosive land from the date of the fatheran Military Branch.
